I am trying to lose weight and I have found that if i don't do some type of exercise, this will just not happen no matter how good my diet is. So, I am jogging outside 3x per week for about 30 minutes. I would not have believed it except that I have lost 3 pound in 5 days from portion control. Sensa has provided that for me. I eat my normal foods sprinkled with salt/sugar which ever applies and I eat maybe 4 to 5 bites versus 4-5 pieces of something. I am a stress eater and it had caught up with my 5"4 frame. I love Sensa will continue to use. Rule: USE IT CONSISTANTLY,NOT ONCE IN AWHILE... It may not work for everyone, but I am pretty sure I have found something that can keep me from OVER EATING.
